StayPad, built by Evergreen Applications, helps hosts share property information with guests. This policy explains what information we collect from hosts and guests, and how it's used.

2. Information We Collect

Host account info: if you sign up as a host, we collect basic account details such as your name and email address.

Property page content: information you add to a property page, such as door codes, WiFi details, house rules, and local recommendations, is stored so it can be displayed to your guests.

Guest access: guests viewing a shared property page do not need an account. We do not require guests to provide personal information to view a page.

3. How We Use Information

We use host account information to operate your account and property pages, and property page content solely to display it to the guests you choose to share it with. We do not sell your information to third parties.

4. Sharing Of Information

Property page content is only accessible to people you share the page link with. We do not publicly list or index property pages.

5. Data Retention

We retain host account and property page information for as long as your account is active, or until you delete a property page or your account.

6. Your Choices

You can edit or delete your property page content at any time from within the App. To delete your account entirely, contact us via the Support page.

7. Children's Privacy

StayPad is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
