1. Acceptance Of Terms

By creating an account, creating a property page, or using StayPad (the “App”), built by Evergreen Applications (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description Of The App

StayPad lets short-term rental hosts create a shareable guest page for each property, containing information such as door codes, WiFi details, house rules, and local recommendations. Guests can view a shared property page without creating an account.

3. Host Responsibilities

As a host, you’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you add to your property pages, including access codes and house rules, and for removing or updating that information when it changes. You’re also responsible for only sharing property pages with your actual guests.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the App by, anyone else.

5. Intellectual Property

The App’s design and content are owned by Evergreen Applications and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission. Content you add to your own property pages remains yours.

6. Disclaimer Of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of information hosts provide, including access codes, WiFi details, or local recommendations.

7. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evergreen Applications shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
